Fort Lauderdale

Arrived in Florida safe and sound. Checked in and went to Ramano's Macaroni grill for supper. Just across the street from the hotel. The room is so comfortable! Friday we hopped the local transit bus, purchased a day pass and headed east towards Port Everglades and the ocean. Was a great thing to do.

Today we walked a lot and finally found a Puplix grocery store to purchase some last minute items before embarkation tomorrow. I'm finding Fort Lauderdale to be quite friendly and very helpful if you get lost.  :>)

 

Now we have to repack and get ready to leave the hotel by 10:00am when the shuttle will take us to the pier.
